I started out brewing beer a few years ago. I initially brewed extract beers using kits and moved to all-grain once I had some experience and we had the space for the brewing supplies. The name of my homebrew - because you need to have a name - is Old Cooch's Homebrew. The name was chosen after the street we live on because, lets be honest - it's an awesome name and it has some history. The battle of Old Cooch's Bridge during the revolutionary war took place less than a mile from where I brew, so I figured why not? You can't have homebrew, and a name for your homebrew without having labels. Below are a few of the labels for some recent brews. I'm a fan of India Pale Ales (IPAs) but have brewed a variety of beers from Stouts, Pale Ales, Red Ales and Witbiers.
